Lionheart™ FX Automated Microscope is a compact, inclusive microscopy system for a broad range of imaging workflows. It offers up to 60x air; 60x and 100x oil immersion magnification, with fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast channels for maximum application reach. An optional environment control cover provides incubation to 40°C and effective containment for CO2/O2 control, a humidity chamber optimizes conditions for long-term live cell imaging applications, and an available dual reagent injector facilitates rapid kinetic assays. Lionheart FX and Gen5 together comprise Augmented Microscopy™ - the automation of image capture, processing, analysis and development of publication-ready images and data.

Automated digital microscopy to 100x
Augmented Microscopy 를 가진 Lionheart FX는 imaging 관련 실험 작업을 자동화하여 최고의 이미지와 강력한 데이터를 제공합니다. 자동화된 이미지 캡쳐는 이미지 기반과 레이저 자동 초점, 자동 LED 및 노출로 시작됩니다. 자동화된 이미지 전처리를 통해, cell counting 에서 부터 subcellular의 자세한 묘사까지, downstream analysis를 위한 이미지를 최적화합니다.

Four imaging modes, multiple imaging processes
Brightfield, color brightfield, phase contrast & fluorescence 의 4개 imaging 모드 – 20개가 넘는 filter/LED cube를 사용 가능, Lionheart FX 은 단지 이미지 캡처에만 국한되지 않으며 여러가지의 기능을 제공합니다. Imaging에 따라 z-stacking를 이용한 z-projection, montage collection를 이용한 stitching 및 digital phase contrast를 이용한 analysis의 모든 것이 하나의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어에서 수행 가능합니다.

Label-free cell counting
별도 판매하는 high contrast brightfield를 이용하여 빠르고 쉽게 live cells를 셀 수 있습니다. Gen5 소프트웨어를 이용하여 higher contrast는 kinetic 실험에서의 세포 증식 묘사, cell counting의 사물 식별을 위한 직접적이고 label-free 방법으로 실험 가능하게 합니다.

Kinetic live cell assay support
장비내에서 온도 및 가스 수준을 유지하는 environmental cover 포함, Lionheart FX와 함께 live cell assay을 지원하는 여러가지 옵션이 있습니다. Humidity chamber를 사용하면 장기간의 live cell kinetics을 지원, 완벽한 양육환경에서 살아있는 세포를 유지 할 수 있습니다. 빠른 반응 관찰을 위한 Dual reagent injector는 신속한 inject/image 능력을 제공합니다.

Fully integrated and compact
Image capture 및 analysis을 위한 Lionheart FX를 설치하고 설정하는데 단지 15분만 소요됩니다. Filter/LED cubes 및 objectives는 앞면에서 쉽게 교체 가능하며, Injectors, gas control 및 environmental cover는 도구 필요 없이 손 쉽게 연결이 가능합니다. 실험실 어디에서나 사용 가능한 작은 크기의 제품입니다.
